We cover water, gas and wi-fi. Electricity and telephone usage are not included in the rent

We calculate rental by taking the rent per week e.g. $360 per week then divide 7 to obtain the daily rate , and multiplying it for the full year to get the annual rent amount (365 days per year or 366 days if it is a leap year) The resulting figure e.g. ($360/7) x 365 = $ 18,771.43, will be divided by 12 to obtain the rate per calendar month i.e. $18,771.43/ 12 = $1564.28 per month
